wikileaks and their DOS event

Ladies and Gentleman, no matter your opinion, our diplomatic missives should not and can not be made public. It seems that the damage is done as several news agencies have the missives and are commenting on them.

We refuse to post them as we will not be a party to this.

We support the DOS that is taking place against Wikileaks.org

We actively support this and we do not know for how long it will take place, but we will continue to support the DOS event against wikileaks.org

We do not know where this DOS initiated nor the responsible party, but we are thrilled at the news.

Brad Childress is gone!

Well, sports fans, the Minnesota Vikings are eating the contract of Brad Childress . . . Coaches that run teams usually don't do very well. Now, Childress is gone and management has only themselves to blame.

Is Favre next? He should be, but hey, he'll leave when he wants and once he realises that the tears we shed for him were in fact masking the laughter and contempt we hold for him.

The holiday season

Well, thanksgiving is here and the hypocrite that I am is now showing forth - tis the time to be one, I always so.

Mostly kidding aside, we hope you have a wonderful holiday and should you choose to spend it with family or on your own, we hope that the time is spent well. A rejuvenation, of sorts, for one and all.

Happy Thanksgiving from NDB Media.

P.S. If Rammy makes up his mind soon, we even have a holiday gift for you all!

English on ESPN and all sports

You may have read my post on Facebook. If you haven't, it's your loss. Besides that, here are few lines that absolutely get my goat in sports:

"We have a busted play."

"He has had moderate success over the middle" and "He has been sixty-two percent successful going up the middle."

"He is going to run him out there to pitch the next inning or two."

"He says that."

 A personal dislike:

"Baseknock to right." While that may not be grammatically incorrect, there is no such thing in baseball, you unintelligible ignoramus.

One thing, that I can state with a confidence level of 68% is: "Athletes that become radio/tv personalities are physical beings only. Their mental faculties are something akin to having your labor force out on strike - nothing happen.

Domestic Affairs

With respect to my diocesan brothers and to my spouse, the priestly vow of celibacy is not a big deal.

It is a glorious practice and one that is required.

I could have done it.

Now, the issue of four times a week is reasonable, just subject to on the spot negotiations.

I have stated my position. Let the conversation begin . . .
