SCE or Southern California Edison is installing light pole and electrical wires in the neighborhood - again! We are without power and we only have conversation to keep us . . . I'm taking a nap. She wants more than "conversation" and I am uncomfortable with a bunch of guys ride outside. She suggested that we turn the shower on to make noise . . . A type of "cloaking device" . . .
